If your printed and styled items are striking the wrong chord—be it faulty, damaged, or mistakenly invited—fear not! We’re here to ensure your return steals the show. So, if the rhythm feels off, send those items back, and let’s keep the celebration shining!
Here’s the deal: unless it’s got some major bling issues, returns are a no-go. It’s all thanks to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the cool kids on the block since June 13th, 2014. Their mantra? “Personalized goods or goods made to your unique vibe” are the Rock stars exempt from the return scene.
14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy grooves to the tune of 14 days! That’s correct – you have a fortnight after your item steps into the limelight to request a return.
Conditions for Returns!
To qualify for a return, your item should keep up its cool vibes – unworn, unused, with tags, and rocking its original packaging. Show us the receipt or some proof of its origin, and you’re all set.
But watch out, party animal! If your item hits the dance floor with obvious signs of use, or if it’s missing parts or got a bit too wild and damaged, we’ll have to keep it backstage – it’s a no-go for returns. And remember, any returns after 14 days of delivery won’t make it to the guest list. Keep it fresh, keep it funky!
